Online Reservations for Encounters With Dolphins

We highly recommend guests make reservations in advance. Reservations can be made by clicking any of the Book Now buttons or by calling us at 727-466-0375. Online reservations close 2 hours prior to the trip departure. If a tour shows as booked out online, call us! We may still have space available. We do accept same-day walk up on a space available basis. All reservations require payment at time of booking.

Pricing is very reasonable: Ages 12 and above: $27.50 Ages 3-11: $19.50, Free for ages 2 and under (pricing does not include tax). Please consider bringing extra cash or credit card on the day of your excursion for souvenirs, parking, drinks and more. Crew gratuities are graciously accepted. The standard tour guide tip in the tourism industry is 15-20%.

Enjoy a relaxing ride while you learn about our abundant wildlife, and view the area’s dolphins in their natural environment. Every trip stops at Compass Island where you can collect shells, swim and the kids can even hunt for treasure!

Dolphin Sighting Guarantee:

The dolphins you will view are wild and unpredictable.  Unfortunately, there is the occasional trip where we will not see the dolphins.  In the event you are on one of these trips, we will offer you a free trip with us again within 30 days of your excursion.  We recommend that you plan your excursion with us at the beginning of your visit so that you can take advantage of the free trip, if necessary.

All guests must check in with us prior to boarding.  If driving to us, please plan to arrive in the parking lot 1 hour prior to departure. If walking to us, please check in 30 minutes prior.  Boarding starts 10 minutes before departure and departs on-time.  Due to schedule constraints we are unable to delay departure for late arrivals.  

Please ensure that you have made a reservation for EVERY person in your group including kids 2 and under.  We cannot guarantee available space for additional guests that were not a part of your reservation. Additionally, we CAN NOT refund/rebook if there is no space available to add additional guests.  If you need to add a guest please contact us as soon as possible before your arrival.

Customers may cancel at any time up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or after the trip departs will not be refunded.  WE WILL NOT CANCEL OR REFUND IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL GUESTS THAT ARE NOT ON YOUR RESERVATION AND THERE IS NO SPACE AVAILABLE .

Missed Trips: We will do our best to accommodate guests who have purchased tickets but missed their trip. We will allow the guest to board another trip on the same departure day on a space available basis at no additional charge.  However, we cannot guarantee availability to accommodate.  Traffic typically backs up coming onto the beach during weekends, Holidays, Spring Break, Summer and Christmas. Please allow for ample time for unexpected traffic delays. Additionally, parking is limited during these times as well. WE WILL NOT REFUND, REBOOK TO A DIFFERENT DAY OR CANCEL ANY PART OF A RESERVATION DUE TO MISSED TRIPS.

Cancellations for Maintenance or Predicted Weather: We will do our best to contact guests well in advance of any trips being cancelled for maintenance or weather related issues. Our sales associate will assist in re-booking your excursion or, if necessary, provide you with a full refund.

Weather: The weather in Florida can be unpredictable and the Captain, for safety reasons, may make the decision to cancel the trip for weather at any time. Generally, this will be done immediately prior to departure.  Decisions to cancel for weather will be made by our staff.  We will still depart in light or moderate rain as long as no dangerous conditions exist.

If your trip is cancelled for weather, our sales associate will be more than happy to assist you in rescheduling your excursion or, if necessary, provide you with a full refund.

If your trip is canceled for weather after getting underway, you will be offered a rain check to ride with us again, unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds after the trip has departed.

Trip Minimum: There is a minimum amount of guests needed to debark.  In the event the trip does not meet the departure criteria, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.  We will do our best to keep you informed.

ISLAND STOPS: Sometimes, especially during the weekends and holidays, private boat traffic around the island makes it unsafe for the crew to approach/beach on the island. Should this occur, please be aware that the captain will NOT make the island stop due to safety considerations for our guests / equipment. We will still have a 1.5 hour trip. We apologize for this inconvenience and can not offer re-rides, cancellations or refunds due to this.
